No. We are a pure manufacturer and do not provide on-site installation. Every order ships with English installation manuals, wiring diagrams so your own local team can install and commission with confidence. This model keeps your cost and scheduling fully under your control.
Yes. We sign an NDA for all OEM/ODM work, archive your tooling for up to 5 years, and maintain a 27-year zero-leak record. Your drawings, branding and specifications are never shared or reused for other clients.
Sample orders take 7-15 days; a standard container takes 12-20 days (standard 12 days/container); a custom first order takes 20-35 days, and repeat orders 15-20 days. Lead time is confirmed on your proforma invoice.
The door body carries a 2-year warranty; the operator/motor carries 3 years; and the servo motor carries 5 years. Within warranty we provide free spare parts, shipped by DHL/FedEx in 5-7 days.
Yes. Send us photos, sketches, dimensions or existing drawings and our engineers will produce a design-for-manufacturability review, a proposal and a technical layout for your approval. We routinely engineer non-standard sizes and specs – any size, any spec, custom engineered to your specification.
Standard terms are 30% T/T deposit plus 70% against the B/L copy. For large projects we accept L/C at sight, and OA 30 days is available for repeat clients.
We hold ISO 9001:2015 and CE (EN 13241 industrial door and EN 12453 operator safety), with SGS material reports and Product Liability Insurance. We can also support AS/NZS 4505 (Australia) and UL (North America) counterpart test data. A CE Declaration of Conformity and EN 13241 test report ship with every order.
Yes. We provide deep OEM/ODM private-label manufacturing: full RAL panel color, opener matching, packaging printing and manual translation (EN/ES/FR/AR/RU), plus logo/branding on panel, hardware and documentation – all protected by NDA, with a custom engineered to your specification sample to validate the market first.
Our engineers support you from inquiry through commissioning: DFM review, proposal and technical layout before order; English manuals, wiring diagrams with every order; and remote support for your local installation team. Optional WiFi/RS485 remote enables Industry 4.0 Ready – IoT Smart Door Control and monitoring.
We ship FOB Tianjin or Qingdao, supporting both FCL and LCL. Export packing is a steel frame plus pearl cotton plus stretch film, with clear shipping marks, a packing list and a traceable batch number. The full document set – Factory Inspection Report, 100,000-cycle fatigue test video/report, FAI confirmation, manuals and technical drawing, and CE Declaration of Conformity – travels with your order.
