Terms of Service

The terms governing your use of raxdoors.com and the commercial framework for ordering custom industrial doors from RAX Door Technology Co., Ltd. Please read them carefully before placing an order.

Acceptance of Terms

By accessing raxdoors.com (the “Website”) or by placing an order with RAX Door Technology Co., Ltd. (“RAX”, “we”, “us”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”) and by all applicable laws and regulations.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not use the Website or place an order. These Terms, together with your confirmed proforma invoice and any signed non-disclosure agreement (NDA), form the complete commercial framework for your order. Where a signed contract or NDA conflicts with these Terms, the signed document prevails.

Company Identity

RAX Door Technology Co., Ltd. is an industrial door manufacturer founded in 1999, operating a 11,000 m² production base in Cangzhou, Hebei Province, China. We serve buyers in 50+ countries and provide OEM/ODM manufacturing.

We are a pure manufacturer. RAX produces industrial doors, operators and components and supplies them for export. We do not provide on-site installation services. Installation is the responsibility of the buyer’s local team, supported by our documentation and remote technical guidance (see Installation Responsibility).

Use of This Website

You agree to use the Website only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of, or restrict the use and enjoyment of, the Website by any third party. You must not:

  • Use the Website in any way that is unlawful, fraudulent or harmful
  • Attempt to gain unauthorised access to, or disrupt, any part of the Website or its systems
  • Reproduce, scrape or redistribute Website content except as permitted under these Terms
  • Submit false, misleading or unauthorised information through our inquiry forms

Intellectual Property

All content on the Website – including text, graphics, logos, images, product photography, technical examples and software – is the property of RAX Door Technology Co., Ltd. or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. You may not reproduce, modify, distribute or create derivative works from this content without our prior written consent.

For OEM/ODM projects, your proprietary drawings, branding and specifications remain your property. They are protected under NDA, archived securely for up to 5 years, and are never reused or disclosed for other clients – a commitment backed by our 27-year zero-leak record.

Product Information & Customization

We manufacture industrial doors to order, including high speed doors, roller shutters, sectional doors, cold room and clean room doors, loading dock systems, specialty doors, door operators and OEM components. We support any size, any specification and any RAL color, with a custom engineered to your specification (flexible order quantities).

Product information, dimensions and performance figures published on the Website are indicative and provided for reference. Because every order is engineered to your opening and application, all specifications are subject to engineering review and final confirmation on your proforma invoice and approved technical drawings before production.

Certifications & fire rating. We hold ISO 9001:2015, CE (EN 13241 industrial door and EN 12453 operator safety), SGS material reports and Product Liability Insurance, and we can support AS/NZS 4505 and UL counterpart test data. Fire performance (EI60 / EI120) is a manufacturing capability validated per project to EN 1634-1 – it is not a held certificate. Please confirm fire-rating requirements at the inquiry stage.

Quotation & Order Process

Orders follow a clear, documented sequence so that nothing is produced until you have approved it:

  • 1. Proposal – you send your opening size, application and target specification; we respond with a technical proposal and quotation.
  • 2. technical drawings – our engineers prepare technical layouts for your review and approval.
  • 3. Proforma invoice (PI) – once drawings are approved, we issue a PI confirming specification, price, lead time and payment terms.
  • 4. Deposit – production begins on receipt of the agreed deposit.

A contract is formed only when we issue the PI and receive your deposit. We reserve the right to decline or cancel any order that falls outside our manufacturing scope or that we are unable to fulfil.

All prices are quoted in the currency stated on your PI and are exclusive of applicable taxes, duties and import charges unless otherwise agreed. Payment must be received in full as set out on the PI before shipment is released.

Lead time is confirmed on your proforma invoice and runs from receipt of the deposit and approval of technical drawings. Estimated dates are given in good faith; we are not liable for delays caused by factors beyond our reasonable control, including shipping, port or customs delays.

Within the warranty period we provide free spare parts, shipped by DHL/FedEx in 5-7 days. The warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use. It does not cover damage resulting from misuse, improper installation by the buyer’s team, unauthorised modification, accident or normal wear and tear. Warranty service is provided on the documented specification confirmed at order.

Installation Responsibility

RAX is a manufacturer and does not provide on-site installation. Installation and commissioning are the responsibility of the buyer’s local team. To support a confident installation, every order ships with:

  • English installation manuals
  • installation guides
  • Wiring diagrams

Our engineers also provide remote technical support for your local installation team. By placing an order, you confirm that you have – or will arrange – qualified local personnel to install the product in accordance with our documentation and applicable local codes.

Shipping & Delivery

We ship FOB Tianjin or Qingdao, supporting both FCL and LCL. Export packing is a steel frame plus pearl cotton plus stretch film, with clear shipping marks, a packing list and a traceable batch number.

The document set that travels with your order includes the Factory Inspection Report, the 100,000-cycle fatigue test video/report, FAI first-article confirmation, English manuals, and the CE Declaration of Conformity with the EN 13241 test report. Risk in the goods passes in accordance with the applicable Incoterm stated on your PI.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, RAX Door Technology Co., Ltd. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss or damage – including loss of profit, loss of production, loss of contracts or business interruption – arising out of or in connection with the Website or your order, however caused. Our total aggregate liability for any claim relating to an order shall not exceed the value of that order. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including liability for fraud or for death or personal injury caused by negligence.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless RAX Door Technology Co., Ltd., its officers, employees and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages and expenses arising out of your misuse of the Website, your breach of these Terms, or your installation, use or distribution of the products in a manner that does not comply with our documentation or with applicable local laws and codes.

Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the People’s Republic of China. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your order shall first be resolved through friendly negotiation. If a dispute cannot be resolved within a reasonable period, it shall be submitted to arbitration in China in accordance with the applicable arbitration rules then in force. The language of the arbitration shall be English. For OEM/ODM projects, the terms of any executed NDA and the confirmed proforma invoice apply in addition to these Terms.

Changes to Terms

We may revise these Terms from time to time. The current version will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Material changes will be highlighted here. Terms in force at the time your proforma invoice is issued and your deposit is received govern that order. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
