Perforated or mesh-panel industrial doors that secure an opening while letting air flow freely — for plant, parking, waste and equipment enclosures.
A ventilated security door built from mesh or perforated steel panels, giving continuous airflow without giving up physical protection. Custom built from prototype to container-load, full order flexibility, with full technical and CE documentation.
Some openings must stay secure but cannot be sealed — they need to breathe. A mesh door closes and locks the opening while air passes straight through.
Ventilation mesh doors use welded mesh or perforated steel panels instead of solid sheet, so they provide a physical barrier and a lockable closure while allowing continuous natural or forced airflow. That makes them the right answer where heat, fumes, humidity or exhaust gases must escape but the opening still has to be secured against access.
Panels are formed from galvanized steel — stainless for corrosive environments — and carried on the same robust hardware as our solid doors, in sectional, sliding or rolling configurations. As a full-category manufacturer, RAX produces panels, hardware and operators in one factory and validates every door through a 100,000-cycle fatigue protocol before shipping.
RAX company facts are from the approved brand brief. Industry-typical values are labeled in the Basis column and confirmed against your technical layout.
Every door is engineered to your opening. The values below are the validated baseline; final figures are confirmed on your specification.
| Parameter | Specification | Basis |
|---|---|---|
| Door Type | Sectional, sliding or rolling configuration with ventilated panels. | Per project |
| Panel | Welded mesh or perforated galvanized steel; open area tailored to airflow need. | RAX |
| Open Area | Typical free-air passage ≈ 40–70% depending on mesh / perforation pattern. | Industry-typical |
| Opening Size | Made to order; large industrial openings engineered per configuration. | Per project |
| Material | Galvanized steel sheet (0.4–1.5 mm); stainless 304/316 for corrosive environments. | RAX-measured |
| Wind Load | Typically Class 2–4 depending on size and pattern — class selected per opening. | Industry-typical (EN 12424) |
| Cycle Life | 100,000 cycles validated in the RAX fatigue test lab. | RAX-measured |
| Operation | Manual or electric operator with servo / VFD drive; remote and sensing options. | RAX |
| Security | Lockable closure; anti-lift hardware and mesh patterns sized to deter intrusion. | RAX |
| Finish | Full RAL custom powder coating; hot-dip galvanizing on request. | RAX |
Mesh pattern, open area and configuration are finalized on the technical layout we issue before production — matched to your airflow and security needs.
Validated substrates, processed in-house on an auto PU foam panel line and CNC punching/bending centre.
Match the door to the opening duty — keep each card to one line.
Your installers get the full document set before the door ships.
Certificates we hold today, and the project-specific test data we arrange against the matching standard.
Rigorous 100,000-cycle fatigue testing protocols, validated galvanized steel and aluminum alloy materials, and precision servo-drive manufacturing — documented on every order.

Depending on the mesh or perforation pattern, typical free-air passage is roughly 40–70% of the opening area. We select the pattern to balance your ventilation requirement against the level of physical security and weather protection you need.
Yes. Welded mesh and perforated panels form a solid physical barrier, and the door is lockable with anti-lift hardware. Mesh aperture is sized to deter intrusion while still passing air, so you get security and ventilation from one closure.
Ventilated panels can be built into sectional, sliding or rolling doors. We recommend the configuration to suit your opening size, headroom and how often the door operates.
Yes. Galvanized steel is standard, and stainless steel 304/316 is available for corrosive or coastal sites. Hot-dip galvanizing and full RAL powder coating are also offered for durable protection.
Yes. We hold CE to EN 13241 and EN 12453 for operator safety, backed by ISO 9001:2015 and SGS material reports. A Declaration of Conformity and test report ship with every order.
Every door is custom-engineered to your specification. Samples run 7–15 days, a standard container 12–20 days, and a first custom order 20–35 days (repeat orders 15–20 days). FOB ports are Tianjin and Qingdao, FCL and LCL.
Door body is covered for 2 years and the operator / motor for 3 years (servo motor 5 years). Free spare parts within warranty ship by DHL/FedEx in 5–7 days, and OEM projects are protected under NDA.
