Why Buyers Specify This Door

Some openings must stay secure but cannot be sealed — they need to breathe. A mesh door closes and locks the opening while air passes straight through.

Ventilation mesh doors use welded mesh or perforated steel panels instead of solid sheet, so they provide a physical barrier and a lockable closure while allowing continuous natural or forced airflow. That makes them the right answer where heat, fumes, humidity or exhaust gases must escape but the opening still has to be secured against access.

Panels are formed from galvanized steel — stainless for corrosive environments — and carried on the same robust hardware as our solid doors, in sectional, sliding or rolling configurations. How much airflow does a mesh door allow?

Depending on the mesh or perforation pattern, typical free-air passage is roughly 40–70% of the opening area. We select the pattern to balance your ventilation requirement against the level of physical security and weather protection you need.

Is a mesh door still secure?

Yes. Welded mesh and perforated panels form a solid physical barrier, and the door is lockable with anti-lift hardware. Mesh aperture is sized to deter intrusion while still passing air, so you get security and ventilation from one closure.

Which configurations are available?

Ventilated panels can be built into sectional, sliding or rolling doors. We recommend the configuration to suit your opening size, headroom and how often the door operates.

Can it be used in corrosive environments?

Yes. Galvanized steel is standard, and stainless steel 304/316 is available for corrosive or coastal sites. Hot-dip galvanizing and full RAL powder coating are also offered for durable protection.

Is the door CE certified?

Yes. We hold CE to EN 13241 and EN 12453 for operator safety, backed by ISO 9001:2015 and SGS material reports. A Declaration of Conformity and test report ship with every order.

What are the lead time and warranty?

Every door is custom-engineered to your specification. Samples run 7–15 days, a standard container 12–20 days, and a first custom order 20–35 days (repeat orders 15–20 days). FOB ports are Tianjin and Qingdao, FCL and LCL.

What warranty and spare parts support do you offer?

Door body is covered for 2 years and the operator / motor for 3 years (servo motor 5 years). Free spare parts within warranty ship by DHL/FedEx in 5–7 days, and OEM projects are protected under NDA.
