The Full Vision Sectional Door replaces opaque PU panels with transparent or translucent glazing panels set in aluminum alloy frames — maximizing natural daylight and visibility for car showrooms (4S shops), fire stations, retail units, restaurant drive-throughs and architectural applications where aesthetics and light transmission are priorities. The aluminum frame uses 6063-T5 alloy (RAX material capability) with clear PVC or polycarbonate vision panels.
Full-vision doors can be configured as all-glazed or as a hybrid with alternating vision and insulated PU panels (40–50 mm) for a balance of daylight and thermal performance. RAX produces each door to the buyer’s exact opening (custom engineered to your specification) with full RAL color customization on the aluminum frames — commonly RAL9006 silver grey, RAL9010 white, RAL7016 dark grey or RAL5010 blue. Anodizing and PVDF coating are available for enhanced corrosion resistance and premium finish.

Decide between full-glazed (all panels transparent) or hybrid (alternating vision + insulated panels). Full-glazed maximizes daylight; hybrid improves thermal performance for conditioned showrooms.
Choose aluminum frame finish: mill (natural), anodized (silver/bronze/black) or powder-coated to any RAL color. PVDF coating for coastal or high-UV environments.
Clear PVC (economical), polycarbonate (impact-resistant) or acrylic (optical clarity). Double glazing for improved thermal and acoustic performance. EN 13241 requires safe glazing in door panels.
All-glazed doors have higher U-values than insulated panels. For heated showrooms, specify hybrid configuration or double-glazed panels. We advise on the optimal balance of light vs. insulation.
RAX supports full private-label production of the Full Vision Sectional Door: custom RAL panel colors, operator matching, packaging printing and installation-manual translation (EN/ES/FR/AR/RU). Start with an OEM sample and scale to container-load branded production. Custom molds, Tooling records are archived for up to 5 years — no extra tooling fee on repeat orders, all under strict NDA.
CE marking basis. Includes safe-glazing requirements for door panels — vision panels must resist impact and not create injury risk if broken.
Mechanical and power-operated safety. Aluminum-framed vision panels must meet the same joint and force requirements as steel panels.
Wind load classification. Large glazed areas are more susceptible to wind deflection — specify the appropriate class for your site.
Clear PVC (economical, flexible), polycarbonate (high impact resistance, lightweight) and acrylic (excellent optical clarity). Double-glazed configurations improve thermal and acoustic performance. All glazing meets EN 13241 safe-glazing requirements.
Yes — hybrid configuration alternates full-vision aluminum panels with 40–50 mm PU insulated panels. This balances daylight with thermal performance for conditioned spaces like heated showrooms.
Aluminum 6063-T5 frames can be anodized (silver, bronze, black), powder-coated to any RAL color, or PVDF-coated for premium weather resistance. RAX ensures RAL color consistency across batch production.
Yes — full-vision sectional doors are the standard choice for 4S dealerships, providing maximum vehicle visibility and natural light. Standard lift or high lift configurations suit typical showroom heights.
No — pure manufacturer. Ships with English manual, wiring diagrams. Glazing panels are pre-fitted and protected for transit.
Standard container 12–20 days; custom first order 20–35 days. Door body 2-year warranty, operator 3 years (servo 5 years).
