Yes. We send FAI photos and a video walkthrough of your assembled door. Third-party inspection (SGS, Bureau Veritas) is welcome at our factory before container loading. You approve, then we ship.
Photograph the damage within 7 days of receipt. We file the insurance claim and ship replacement parts free of charge. Our steel-frame crating keeps the damage rate under 0.3% across 5,000+ shipments – but we stand behind every unit regardless.
We provide all export documents: Certificate of Origin, CE Declaration, packing list and Bill of Lading. Import clearance is your broker’s responsibility – but having shipped to 50+ countries, we can advise on common requirements for your market.
FOB terms cover delivery to Tianjin or Qingdao port. For inland delivery within China, we can arrange trucking to any city. For overseas inland destinations, we quote CIF to your nearest port – your forwarder handles the last mile.
You receive the container number, vessel name, ETD and ETA immediately after loading. We also send loading photos and a short video of your goods going into the container, so you have visual confirmation before the ship leaves port.
